Adelia is a registered dietitian committed to empowering families to achieve their nutrition goals through her wealth of knowledge and expertise. Adelia has experience working clinically in a variety of areas in a children’s hospital, and has completed a master’s degree in human nutrition in addition to her education to become a dietitian. Specializing in overall wellbeing and client-centered care, she prioritizes building strong relationships with her clients and tailoring nutrition recommendations to meet their unique needs and goals. Adelia’s approach emphasizes evidence-based practices, and positive mealtime strategies to support sustainable changes and improved health outcomes. With experience working across diverse populations, including infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents, she is passionate about supporting individuals and families in making informed choices about their health. Outside of her practice, Adelia enjoys baking, reading, and spending time outdoors with her family and friends.

Professional Background
- Master of Science (MSc) in Human Nutrition – UBC, Bachelor of Science, Food, Nutrition and Health, Major in Dietetics (BSc) – UBC, Registered Dietitian (RD).
- Experience working as a pediatric dietitian in various areas at a children’s hospital. Attended various webinars and short courses included ones focused on FPIES, preventing food allergies in infants, and the BC Pediatric Nutrition Guidelines.

- North American Cystic Fibrosis Conference (2023) – Oral Presentation focused on plateaued growth in an infant; poster presentation focused on pancreatic insufficiency.
