Carol (she/her) registered dietitian with over 20 years experience as a dietitian specializing in eating disorder care. Carol practice from a weight-inclusive perspective, recognizing that body size is not a reliable indicator of health. She aim to work collaboratively with clients through a compassionate, trauma-informed, gender-affirming, and neurodiversity-affirming lens. She is especially skilled at translating the often complex science of nutrition into practical, realistic strategies that feel manageable in everyday life.
Carol strives for balance in my own life—nourishing my body, enjoying movement, and managing stress. Outside of work, she can often be found walking her dog, running, biking, or hiking local trails, spending time with her teenage boys, or in the kitchen and garden preparing meals for her very active family.

- Sports nutrition and relative energy deficiency in sport (REDs)

- Undergraduate degree completed with honours from Mount St Vincent University in Halifax Nova Scotia
- Years of experience working as Clinical and Community Dietitian with Island Health and then with South Island Eating Disorders program
- Co-facilitator and co-creator of the South Island ARFID Parent Skills Group
- Co-facilitator for Eating Disorder Groups such as Nutrition Essentials and Advanced Nutrition
